You work together with your company on the task of planning and implementing the innovation project. Typical projects are, for example, in the areas of market development, digitalization or corporate foresight, etc.
Online seminars at Post University provide the methodical expertise of general management to solve the problem. They provide the practical competency to prepare and implement analyses and business plans for the target market, in exactly the way you need it for your company.
SIBE provides with its project seminars personal support from a project lecturer for the entire two years. This project lecturer helps to successfully apply knowledge from the seminars to the practice and environment of the company through coaching. The project lecturer also supports the students in the development, definition, placement and implementation of the project within the company.
Of course, you must also acquire new knowledge and provide performance records in the M.A./MBA (USA). However, since actual competencies are more important in a job than passing knowledge tests, we have geared the entire program to your capability development.
This is why you will not write exams to test your knowledge during the International Innovation Management Program. Instead, you will develop solutions for problems and tasks in the form of presentations, transfer papers (TP), transfer documentation reports (TDR) and management project papers (MPP) that you will use for your innovation project and your Master’s thesis.

As the results of the long-term study „Success factors of German companies abroad“ show, it becomes apparent that in addition to product quality, selection of the right partner and good contacts, in particular, is essential for successful business abroad. In addition, good market knowledge and qualified employees are of great importance for half of the companies surveyed.
The School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) recruits young managers with work experience in the target country who complete a graduate-level management course at SIBE and work as management assistants in a German company.
